Touch feature does not work on brand new AZ3-710 all in one
how to turn on touch feature in tablet mode in a brand new AZ3 - 710 windows 10 all in one pc,went into settings turn on the tablet mode and the touch features don't work

I went into system settings and click on the about title and it says NO PEN OR TOUCH INPUT IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS DISPLAY. And right under this text it says CHANGE PRODUCT KEY OR UPGRADE YOUR EDITON OF WINDOWS.
What does this mean i have to purchase a new product key or purchase a new edition of windows to get the touch features to work in tablet mode.

Problem solve I figure it out that this is a hardware problem this Desktop does not have such features.,not that I care to get greasy and dirty fingers all over my Desktop,that is for tablet,proud of myself again solving my problem must be the geek in me.
