I have an Acer AZ-621 all in one and I am trying to get the drivers list populated in computer management. I do not know what the driver is below or where to get it from, any help appreciated.

PCI Encryption/Decyption Contoller -

the PCI driver is listed as PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F18&SUBSYS_1105152D&REV_0E

After hours of searching I came across IObit Driver Booster free, fantastic tool and 8 driver updates required, including the missing ones. All are now up to date!!

Why is it not this easy on a manufacturers own website? Oh well, all is OK now :-)

Went to the web site you mentioned and the service is not free.

It certainly is free, once the program is installed and you tun the scan you have to choose the free option when the program asks you if you want to pay or not. Pretty simple, I am running it again now.
