Hi, I really hope someone can help.

I bought an all in one just over a year ago. It has gone into advanced mode and I can't get windows 10 back on. I noticed the time and date were wrong so I changed that but I now notice that this has stopped.

The company I bought it from won't fix it as it's more than one year old.

Thanks

Martin.

wrong date and time or not keeping the correct time, happens when CMOS battery is going low, so you need to replace it.

not the easiest task on an AIO, since you need to open completly the back.

about windows 10 not booting, under Boot menu or Bootable device list, what's the first bootable device?

No. After resetting it comes back to the advanced mode screen.

it's better if you take it to a repair shop.

    Smiley Sad That bad eh?

Can you tell me if it's a settings issue that has to be changed in advanced mode or a virus that's caused this?

It's only one year old and cheeky ASUS won't help.

Thank you for your help, I do appreciate it.

    Martin

It's hard to troubleshot an issue like yours without having the PC in hands.

    I don't think it's a setting problem.
