10 point touch stops working on my aspire z1-621G

Stopped working before. I just restored system to an earlier date. The driver is not recognized. I need this problem fixed. Im sick of it. Does anyone have a fix?

    If rolling it back to a previous state did not resolve the issue, you may need to back up your data and restore it to factory configurations. If this still does not resolve the issue the system may need service.


    Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings.
    (If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, click Settings, and then click Change PC settings.)
    Tap or click Update and recovery, and then tap or click Recovery.
    Under Remove everything and reinstall Windows, tap or click Get started.
    Follow the instructions on the screen.
