I am looking to purchase the Acer Aspire R7 but am worried about WI-FI. I am retired and travel full time, staying in campgrounds. Usually they don't have new WI-FI systems and I need a computer that will work well with older systems.
Have these issues with WI-FI been resolved?

Yes, the more newly-produced Acer R7 571 laptops had this issue fixed, and it hasn't been reported in the R7 572 at all.
