I sent my computer in to be repaired, and when it came back my version of windows 8 would not authenticate. I have done several resets (per Acer support) and it doesn't work. I use Easy Key Finder to get my windows 8 key, and it doesn't work. Seems like the windows 8 key that is on my motherboard (which Acer reset) does not match the version on my computer that i bought.
I don't understand why the computer was sent back "fixed" when it's not working! I have tried to get help several times and no one is willing to work with me. Please advise, I want my computer back!

Attempting to retrieve the key via software and then entering it, will not work.
It should automatically authenticate based on the key that is stored in UEFI.
If you have recovered the system, but are still unable to authenticate Windows, you will need to contact support and have it set up for service again, so that they can rectify the issue.
