Monitor Stand Arm Removal, Please Help

Hi All,

I need to send my Acer H6 Series H236HLbmjd 23" LED IPS Monitor back to Amazon but the problem I'm having is that I cannot remove the monitor stand arm. It came as a separate part in the box but it seems like it's now stuck to monitor.

I haven't been able to find any instructions on Acer or any other website for this particular model.

Is there a way to remove the stand arm so I could fit everything back into the box? Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Re: Monitor Stand Arm Removal, Please Help

You can remove the screw from the bottom of the base, and remove the base. Then, you should just be able to push the clip on the monitor stand and pull the arm straight out of the monitor. Be careful not to break the plastics.
