Well my Acer aspire one laptop screen has been having difficulties the screen would be dark and sometimes would have a dimmed effect and would shoe the screen rather dark at the log in point, I've tried to look at videos on YouTube to find solutions but some didn't come to my liking, I pointed a flash light at my computer to see if Ik able to see the screen a Tad bit more and I'm assuming its either a loose LCD cable? Or might I need to get a mew inverter? (Though I can't afford any of this at the moment... and I wanted to know if there's any solutions I may be able to do myself? )

Hi Alicia,

According to your details , it may be a issue with the LCd back light.  Most probably you have to replaced the LCD
