Hi - I use acer cloud on my laptop and mobile device, but find that the laptop does not awake from sleep mode when i try and access my files remotely using latest version of acer cloud on my android. I can access my laptop from anywhere providing it is switched on, but no joy when in sleep mode. ACERCLOUD promotional material says any laptop with acer's awaysconnect feature can be woken from sleep mode using acercloud..............despite numerous emails to tech support at acer, no one has been able to help tell me if the V3-571 laptop has this ALWAYSCONNECT feature, hence my post. Thanks for your help!!!

As I know, Acer V3 has no ALWAYS CONNECT feature that is only supported on certain Acer computers, for instance, S5.
