I think ( I don't tried) the same way as the first time.
The following extract from Acer web site tells only that if you run it again it will show a message, no more.
Did you try to run it again ? What happened?
in USB factory default backup fails to create in Windows 8

Acer wrote : The utility is designed to be run once. If you run the utility again, you will receive a message, "Your recovery image can’t be fixed." This is not an error message, but an indication that the image does not need repair.
if it doesn't work properly you should have to try it again .... it's just my feeling about :-)
Good Luck!

yeah i have tried almost fifty times it gives the same message. actually somehow it has been creating or deleting the pbr partition when midway it gave error.so i had missing files in my pbr so new headache. luckily i had copies of the partition so i formatted and copied the pbr again.
now i do not the pbr fix because i have fixed my errors.
and also check windows update there is a fix available maybe its 280003 something which according msft helps to avert errors while creating recovery.
thanks anyway.

Hi,
Have u done with 16 GB USB or 32GB?
And whether the remaining memory is useful for other purpose?

I had the same problem my first attempt. I would like to try it again, however, I got a prompt on my screen the 1st time (to make the recovery disc) & now, without the prompt, I can't even figure out how to start the process. What/where do I need to choose to make the recovery disc? Have to say, this is my first Acer, have had it less than a week and am not very impressed so far.
