Dear All,

I want to ask why my Acer aspire V5-471 work very slow with internet? why I said like this because i test the same internet connection with my another labtop "Dell", it work very fast than my Acer aspire V5-471. Pls note That My Dell is only CoreI3 but it work faster than my Acer that CoreI5. Pls tell me the reason or any update to make it better.

We have posted an updated driver for this device that may resolve your issue. You can download the latest driver at http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers, or you can use the Acer Updater program to download and install the latest driver.

I also have an Acer v5 471 and my internet seems slow. You provided instructions on updating drivers that may help, but when I follow your instructions, I get no information about the drivers or notebook for that matter from the Acer site. I tried the live updater which indicates not a single update exists or has ever occurred...What's the deal here?
