what is the return or exchange policy for laptop.

I bought this notebook from a retail store which is 15.6 inch . however my mother wants a smaller screen laptop i.e 14 inch.

I have opened the pack however i have not turned on or install OS on it. Its brand new system . How do i go about .

Check with the store you purchased the laptop from. Usually there is a restock fee for items returned that are not defective.
