i have acer aspire 5734z

my web cam not working ang generate massage

web cam not installed or occupied by other user

i install driver many time but not working

plz solve my this problm

i wait ur responce and sand me answer this id plz

HI,

First go to the device manager and check the "Imaging Device > Acer Web Cam" is available without any error. If not available, it may be a hardware issue. If available , try to uninstall webcam application and reinstall it. Please give me the feedback. Hope this will help you.
