hello. I have just been given a w700i3 tablet, but it has a microsoft hotmail email address loaded on (son's email address) how can I change this? Does it have to be a microsoft email address.

thank you for replying to my question. I followed your instructions, and when it came to the viewing of accounts in order to delete the connected email adress, there was nothing there.

But when I start up my W700, it shows an email address alongside my name.

Any ideas?

You are going to have to create another Administrator account and log in to that account.

Then you can go into the Accounts list and delete the account you no longer want.
