While Acer does not direclty support the upgrading of RAM on an All in One such as the Z1620, we will allow and hope the community can help you through the process if they have the information.
What I did confirm for you is that the motherboard for the Z1620 has 2 slots for RAM and will hold up to 8gb of RAM (4gb in each slot). The Z1620-UR31P ships with a 32bit Windows 7 Operating System meaning that it can only take advantage of about 3.2-3.3gb of RAM (even with 4gb or more installed), and that is a limitation of the OS.
