soy de sullana departamento piura me compre una laptop en tiendas efe . alos cinco dias se me desconfiguro el sr denis tecnico de tiendas efe en sullana me la arreglo reiniciando todo nuevo. despues antes que cumpla un mes no reconocia el disco duro los tecnicos me mandaron a piura oficina de acer. en piura conoci al señor pablo tecnico en piura para la reparacin de mi laptop con fecha 23 01 2013 a la fecha no me dan solucion .mas seriedad por favor .les pido y rapidez a mi problema ,como comprador y consumidor .
