Hello everybody, a couple of weeks ago, ive bought an Acer liquid glow,and now I have a problem.
I have placed a sd card In my phone, and usually this works fine, but sometime, if I want to open some photos, he says that the external storage is not found. So then I take it out of my phone and put it back again. Then the phone recognizes the card, but half of my photos are gone.. how can I solve this? and how can i get my photos back?
Please help me!

Hi mandy-w22,

Perhaps the sd card has been damaged or the information contained has been corrupted. I would advise you to copy the content of your sd card to your laptop or PC, format the sd card and copy back all the content to your sd card. If this doesn't resolve the problem, then I would advise you to use a new sd card.
