please, help, bluetooth stopped working

I can not turn on bluetooth. removing and installing drivers don't solve it. the

issue happened after an Acer Update updated something. please help! what should I do?

I use acer aspire s7 model 391
with windows 8 installed

i ve found a solution:

go to control panel

search for "resolving problems with devices" and follow the instructions. done! a bluetooth icon should appear in your tray!
