The plug-in on the side of my Netbook Acer One has broken off, therefore I'm not able to charge the battery.  Any suggestions or solutions>  Thanks so much

Depending on the model of the comptuer, there may be what is called a power board inside of the comptuer that would need to be replaced. This part is fairly cheap and may be able to be ordered through the Acer Store phone number, so long as you have your serial number handy at 1-800-910-2237. If it does not have this power board, then it would be a motherboard replacement.
