My Aspire One Notebook, when connected to a tv via the VGA connection, results in the TV displaying the search function and then going into sleep mode. I have tried this with two tv sets and the results are essentially the same. If I select PC input on the TV before I boot the notebook, I get the boot screen displayed correctly on the TV but when the notebooks proceeds thru the boot, the TV goes blank and then goes to sleep. What am I doing wrong?

Problem solved. One only has to open Control Panel, select Intel GMA driver and then set for multiple displays. Found out by talking to a computer geek.
