The device you describe there, is a Western Digital Hard Drive. It is not connected to your bluetooth hardware. Without the specifics of what computer it is, I can only provide general informaiton. Generally, the Wireless card and bluetooth module are located close to the HDD if they accessible via panels on the underside of the computer.
I'm including a screenshot only as an example to highlight what that Wireless area might look like. It is possible that a connection came loose during your replacement. Have you had any issues with your Wifi?
