Q1: Where do I download "Acer Launch Manager" for an Aspire 5315.

I need to clean reinstall WinXP on my Acer 5315

The laptop was originally (in 2007) installed with Vista.

Vista was replaced by a PC tech (not me) with XP.

Major problem was WiFi -- three gurus later #3 fixed WiFi.

On several forums the-word is ... to use "Launch Manager"

Q2: Is it true Launch Manager is required to setup the on/off button ?

Q3: Is Launch Manager generic for OS WinXP or Win7 ?

Q4: I cannot find "Launch Manager for Acer" -- Acer.com -- I cannot find it! Download site/s ?

. I do not want Acer ePower or any other bloating Acer "feature" apps

Q5: Once my Aspire 5315 is tweaked can "Launch Manager" be uninstalled or must it remain ?
