Is there an option to flash the BIOS outside of Windows? Some BIOS downloads include instructions for installing from command prompt. Do you get the same error?

New update : Error code: 1275 when updating BIOS:
1.Click Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Advance system settings
2.In "System Properties", Select "Advance" tab then select "Settings" in performance Tab.
3.In Performance Options, Click on the "Data Execution Prevention" tab then select
"Turn on DEP for all programs and services expect those I select:".
4. After that select "Add" and point it to the Winplash.exe file.
5. Once that is done then press OK
6. Then you can try executing the Winplash.exe file again.
Hope this helps
