how do I get my computer to run software automatically from a CD, without using the start menu?

I'm trying to run software from CD's but they are not starting up automatically. I don't want to have to press 'Start menu -Computer - Devices with Removable Storage' every time to get it to run. How can I configure it to do it on its own?
