When Acer is going to improve customer service? I spent 25 minutes on the phone for technical support and the person on the other side seemed to possess less then sufficient computer skills. As a result I got nothing after all the time spent.

I have no idea but I would be interested in that as well.
I used the chat system to contact customer support and after providing a link that indicated my Acer PC should have supported additional hardware that it clearly doesn't, the customer service rep sarcastically mocked my attempt to get them to support my new video card, and immediately tried to end the conversation. I have the transcript if any Acer managers would be interested.
They ended up just sending me to "Answers by Acer" which is a payed service Acer contracts out to AnswersBy.com, makeing it less "Answers by Acer" and more "Answers by Someone Else". Gotta love the ol'brush off.
In any case, I feel your frustration and would like some actual help with my problem as well.
