This is normally an issue with the Password.

I speculated that it may be your AcerCloud version is not the latest.
U can see below for upgrade methods.
1. Update from the current version of AcerCloud:
a). On the PC, launch AcerCloud Portal and right click the AcerCloud icon in the system tray then click <Check for updates> to install the update.
b). On the mobile device, please login Acer ID on AcerCloud Portal and click the <Check for updates> to install the update.
2. Go to AcerCloud official website to download and install the new update at: https://www.cloud.acer.com/ops/downloads
