chromebook c720 - @ not working

Hi

my daughter has just started up her chromebook and is trying to register but the @ key does not work?

She has tried using both shift keys and neither work. Using shift for the symbols above the numbers work but the one for the @ sign!!!?

The @ symbol on the C720 Chromebook is the same as any other PC, and should be Shift+2 to reach the @ symbol.

Have you tried both left and right Shift keys?
