every time I try to play a purchased dvd I get a message about screen resolution and colors
I reduced the screen resol to 800 x 600 and don't know enough about colors to do anything
have never had so much trouble with computer doing a simple thing
running on Win 7 starter
also downloaded vlc media player - still won't play same msg as above - it recognizes that tyhe movie is there just won't play it
Thanks for any help anyone has
