[Problematic]

I recently bought an upgrade for my lapyop battery from a 6 cell to a 12 cell and the laptop recognizes its there but does not charge it. I couldnt find any documentaion that a 12 cell won't work but also none from any where reputable that says it will. (eg. places trying to sell the 12 cell battery) please help!

check if your old battery have the same voltage which is 11.1v.. i think 8800mah is the capacity of the battery...

you need more info about amp may be 1.5A.. a dont know but much better if get the same amps also.^^

[Problematic]

old battery is 6 cell 10.8v 4400 mAh. power supply is 19v 3.42A. I wouldnt think .3v would make a difference when the power supply is 8.2v more...
