i bought  acer aspire v5 -121 - c72g50akk . bottom of laptop have bluetooth icon ,but its not in device manager. waiting for your assist.

Do you see a grayed out Bluetooth icon in the taskbar? It would be located in the lower right hand of the screen. If it is then you would need to enable it FN+F3, assuming your not on wifi or your wifi is off . If you don't see the icon on your computer then I would assume yours does not have one and would return the laptop because specs show that it should have one.
