Windows 8 Upgrade Offer page:

http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/windows-upgrade-offer

The Aspire 5750* is listed with a footnote:

* Windows 8 upgrade does not support 3G functionality.

Drivers are available on our Drivers page.
