I've seem the code before, but it's disappeard when I re-install the last version AcerCloud, you can try it.

I also met such a problem about 9055, i've no idea and feel trouble until i uninstall the app completely and reinstall it, perhaps you can try it, be noted that all AcerCloud apps should be upgraded to latest version. https://www.cloud.acer.com/ops/downloads
