Hi,

I have two HDMI ports on the back of the machine. One is orange, around the centre of the back of the unit and has 'HDMI' written on it. The other port is silver metal and is at the top of the back side of the computer, next to the ethernet port.

I am able to get an output from the HDMI port at the top, but not from the orange one in the middle. Does anyone know why?

Hi,

As your computer is having a PCI add on video card you will get the display only from that HDMI port. The onboard HDMI will be automatically disabled when there is an add on card.
