Ah!
You may have lost your data, I'm afraid!
Restart your computer & press ALT & F10 again to start the recovery process.
If you have made a Windows 7 Repair disk, then you could boot from that to see if Windows can repair, but I think the ALT & F10 option is the best.

What I mean is for you to re apply the ALT & F10:
Restart your PC, press ALT & F10 when you see the Acer logo - this will start the Acer eRecovery service. Select the "Completely Restore....." option.
If you want to try the Recovery Disk (which is a separate DVD you can make from within Windows - if you did that is!) insert the disk into your optical drive & boot from it.
If you didn't make the repair disk, you can download the ISO file from here - scroll down the page until you see :
You will need to burn the image to disk - just double click it & use a blank DVD.

Ok, it MAY be possible, but if the process has gone too far, the drive may already be formatted.
Remove the drive from your laptop & connect it to another PC - easiest way is to a desktop. Start the desktop as usual, and click Computer & locate your drive. Click Users & then your name. All the files you need will be here. Copy them to a memory stick or external drive, or even the desktop so they're safe.
Alternatively, if you have a USB to SATA cable, this might be easier/quicker.
If however, the drive is blank - you may have lost all your files. Use a program like Recuvva to deep scan the hard drive to see if it finds anything.
Finally, insert your drive back into your laptop & start the Windows installation by pressing ALT & F10 on startup.
Good luck!
