access the recovery partition on an Aspire V3 771G -win8-

I have an Aspire V3 771G and I don't have a recovery DVD, yesterday my nephew was playing with my laptop. and when I returned back and tried to boot, I've got the message " No boot device -- insert boot disk and press any key"
now how can I restore the system? how can I access the recovery partition??
