I have an Aspire one 722 bought from Littlewoods(Ebay) in October last year - with a genuine windows package. Within two months i startd to get a message saying that Windows was not genuine - I called reset the netbook and everything was fine for another couple of months. However, its popped up again and I'm loathed to reset because I will lose everything. It's really annoying - any help would be appreciated. Thanks

if it reset every couple months that does not sound like "genuine Windows" it sounds like non-entere Windows product key times out and asks for real key
are you using eRecovery to reload system from CD or from HDD?

What Acer computer model do you have?
What have you done to troubleshoot the issue?
Have you attempted what was mentioned above and done a system recovery?
