I've got the same keyboard. Went through an epic exchange of epistles with Acer Support on this very topic. Bottom line was that Support either doesn't know or aren't telling. I suspect the former. They did provide a lot of non-pertinent information and then finally begged off saying that their support was for "Up and Running" only. Since my computer was up and running they didn't see that they should strain themselves for a customer.
