What may be the cause of not working keys?

Keys A, esc, F1, 1, the key on the left side of no. 1, tab, <Fn> and caps lock stop working? what may be the cause?

. My tita just bought this Acer Aspire E1-531-4406 few weeks ago in Canada and it was now here in Philippines.

When it was given to last Dec. 26, I just found that Fn does'nt work, but yesterday, Jan. 6 other keys stop working too. Please help me

It sounds as though there may be a physical keyboard problem that should be repaired.
