Hello my fellow Acerattics. Does anyone know what the Quanta Computer Inc. - Streaming Media and Broadcast - Integrated Webcam update is that's in Windows Updates is? I didn't install is this time only because I just now thought to check out if it was system critical. My webcam works just fine. Web application, Skype, etc... So, my question is, just exactly what is that 36 KB download? Seems like a tool the government uses to spy on people lol. But, seriously nothing comes up in a Google search. I found this site. Makes sense. Quanta Computer, Inc. But there isn't anything specifically regarding drivers or firmware. I'm gonna try & send them an e-mail. See where that gets me. Any suggestions & input will be very much appreciated.
