where can i find acer cystal eye webcam drivers as i had reinstalled windows 8 on aspire v5 x414
i have even checked for drivers in application section for aspire v5 552g x414
though i found a link to windows store
http://apps.microsoft.com/windows/en-ca/app/acer-c
it's showing this app isnt available for your pc
In windows app i cant able to use the exposure setting and i found my webcam like old black and white and too grainy in comparison too other low spec laptops

Please understand that we only support the operating system that we ship on the system. If you have installed a retail version of Windows 8 on the system, you will need to refer to the two articles below.

how can i reinstall acer provided windows8 on my machine now

As Acer-Tommy stated above, if your system shipped with Windows 8, you can use the links he provided to use recovery to reinstall Windows 8. If your V5 did not have windows 8 on it when you purchased it, you would need to load a retail copy, then load all of your drivers and applications. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide driver and application support for retail copies of windows 8.

i havent created any recovery or backup before formatting
so how can i restore now?
i bought it from amazon with windows 8 preinstalled by acer
