Dear Acer
I am absolutely sick and tired of my computers wifi disconnecting. I have searched your website for an answer, downloaded this turned that off, but to no avail. I bought your computer for £400 on the advise from a friend and have had nothing but trouble since day one. PLEASE SORT IT OUT. Also, my touch pad has stopped working so its useless without a mouse. I have a Aspire v3 571 Windows 8 ( don't even get me started on W8). Please restore my faith in Acer.

Hey there sorry to hear about the issues with the WiFi. I would have to get a little more info on the issue but is the issue that the unit is dropping the connection, or is it showing connected but not identified?

Thanks for replying. Internet keeps dropping every 10-30 minutes, sometimes it says 'unlimited'. I have noticed it happens more when I switch websites.

About 2-3 months ago the 'right click' button kept activating on its own, then I would loose the use of the left click button. To solve this I had to do a hard reset. I even restored it back to factory setting. Then about 2 weeks ago the touch pad stopped working altogether.

The wifi problems is my main concern though, this has been happening since I bought the laptop in December.
