WHERE DO i GET A NEW HARDDRIVE

I have an acer aspire it is only 1 year 4 months old and my computer will not open or even come on I get an error message failure predicted on hard disk 4. How can I fix this. Or can you send me a new hard drive.

That sounds like a SMART failure on the drive.

If the system is out of warranty, you would need to purchase a hard drive from a local or online retailer.
