I added another 1 stick of 2GB RAM into VM2610G-3213PW and the PC have 2GB RAM originally so the PC should have 4GB RAM in total.
But, I noticed that in System Properties stated that 4GB (2.95GB usable). I opened up task manager and I saw Total Physical Memory is 3012 MB.
The PC is running WIndows 7 Professional 32-bit.
Any expert know why I installed 4GB RAM but I only got 2.95GB?
Everyone help is very appreciated.

Why many websites state that 32-bit OS should support 4GB RAM?
