having problem with my acer Aspire 5820T. after installing
win 8 (i didnt use upgrade assistant tool ) ,i tried to install the
Optical drive power management from support.acer.com chosing my
notebook model (yes it installs after u install .net framework 3.5) but it doesnt work(It worked well on win 7) n m sufferin laptop power
crisis,backup of upto just 2 hours
(launch manager n ePower management worked n thanx to acer for that !)
plz acer, solve the issue by building optical drive pwr mngmnt for win 8 b4 our battery wears out....
