Update Acer Aspire 5517 Graphics display driver?

I'm just wondering but does acer recommend us to keep our display driver always updated? My graphics card is AMD Radeon hd 3200.. The old version was 2009 and now the new installed version was 2013, Firefox told me to up date it to use Direct2D because it was disabled before.. Would you guys say recommend rollback to the old driver or keep the new one with a little issue like blurred text in Firefox (Blurred text goes away after scrolling or highlighting the text) I updated via AMD site driver download.

The VGA driver presently on the Driver site is a 2009 driver. It is the latest one we support.

If you are happy with the performance of the driver that you have installed, please continue to use it.
