I bought the Acer B1-710 tablet from HSN the end of August. It stop coming on about the first of October. It is charged but will not turn on. At first it would blink on then go back out, now it does nothing. Can't seem to get a live representative on the phone. Does anyone have any suggestions or know how to remedy this problem. This is my first Acer purchase. I really don't want it to be my last. Thanks. Upset in Michigan.

Try a power reset on the tablet.
There is a 'reset hole' at the right side of the tablet.
Unplug the adapter.
Please insert a thin object like a paper clip into this hole and hold it for 10 seconds.
Then plug in the adapter and turn on the tablet.
Check if it works.
If not, you may contact the manufacturer for further help...
