When I start my netbook it get s stuck in the WINDOWs screens sc

Then i get to the F2 setup screen

choohing Start Normally OR last known good congiguration gets me back to STUCK in this:

I tried SAFE mode and I get this:

ANY suggestions to be able to get into my Netbook will be grately appreciated..

yes, you get lots of lines for Safe Mode, but does it finally load into Windows?  if so, you ahve software issue
