Sound not coming out of headset after installing Windows 8, I have an Acer Aspire 5750.

Yesterday when I had Windows 7 on my laptop Acer Aspire 5750 the microphone and sound was working for with my headsets which are fairly new. Today after installing Windows 8 I cannot get the headset to work for either sound or voice. It has to be something I missed when I installed Upgrade to Windows 8 as it is not working at all.

Stay with Windows 7 or Windows XP as long as you can!
