Hello, I recently upgrade my s7-391 to Windows 8.1 and have lost all Bluetooth connectivity and options. I installed the Bluetooth Driver v8.0.1.305 listed on the download page but still have no bluetooth listed in Device Manager or any bluetooth options in Windows 8.1's pc settings. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

The first thing I would suggest would be to return the system to the factory installed operating system.
This would allow you to ensure that the hardware is operating properly.
Not seeing the device in Device Manager may indicate a hardware issue.

1. Uninstall the useless Bluetooth software/driver provided by Acer because Windows 8 has a native support for Bluetooth.
2. When you're in the Start screen, just type bluetooth and turn it on.
