My 3830T was in an accident and I had to replace a few parts, including the hard drive. The BIOS sees it, but it will not boot to it. Any obivous places to look first? Thanks!

We would need a lot more information on what type of accident, what components were replaced, and exactly what the problem is.
Is the only problem that the battery is not recognized?
Do you get any errors?
Will your computer boot into the operating system?
